Pas de Late Check out le Shabbat !!!

Sejour d'une nuit, de vendredi a Samedi.Attention, pour les correligionaires respectant le Shabbat, l'hotel exige de liberer la chambre le samedi a 11h, sinon, on nous impose de payer un supplement Late Check out de 250 shequels. Sinon, l'hotel est vraiment neuf, propre, bien equipe, Gros point noir : chambres tres petites.

Tres décevant et dissonant avec les autres hotels de la chaine . Bruyant ! Coffre trop petit pour un micro ordinateur. Pas de boisson mise a disposition dans la chambre pour prendre des medicaments, Personnel incapable de prendre en charge et de gerer des problemes. Dans notre cas, la chambre ne correspondait pas à la reservation. Le personnel totalement déresponsabilisé.

It was a good stay but I paid for ocean view more money and since I arrived later they gave a room facing in the direction of the ocean on the second floor. I should have just save my self money and gotten a less expensive room with the same results also they said parking on site but when I arrived they told me they where at full capacity and got to look and pay for parking elsewhere. Paid for breakfast and it was soak and would had been better off going out to one of the near bye restaurants for a better and cheaper breakfast. The highlight is the location.

No restaurant - just a very limited options snack booth. No parking. Area is congested during the afternoons through the late night hours. Rooms are not soundproof. Noisy neighbors and their barking dog kept me awake through the night.

The hotel is new and located in a very good place. The view from the balcony is breathtaking specially on the sunset. It is a very short distance from the old Tel Aviv port that it is a very popular restaurant and promenade area. The only thing that i really did not like in this hotel is that the elevators and specially the room corridors are not air conditioned. That is very unpleasant in hot weathers. They have to air condition all these areas. Other than this, recommended.
