A nice place to stay

Noisy and bad air quality
Publié le 18 févr. 2020 sur HotelsEverything may look clean on the surface but environment is unhealthy. There are various strange and persistent smells presented in the living room and bedroom. I am sensitive in air quality and was able to trace at least moldy smell from shower drain, another kind of smell like egg white from sink drain and some other kind of strange smell from AC and detergent smell from bedding. An incense infuser failed to cover all the bad air but adding another level of smell. All the smell were bad enough to cause me great deal of emotional distress and not functioning well. I have to find objects to cover the shower drain, sink drain, turn off AC and leave window open all night long in winter time. The noises from street traffic, neighbours are also unbearable. It was not refundable booking and was too late for us to find another place, otherwise we would just leave. There is no personal interaction. All communication is through a Ring intercom but owner has at least courtesy to provide outlet plug adaptors to accommodate our need. We chose it because it was the only one providing washer/dryer in our search. However, it is the most expensive laundry we have ever paid for. It is more like a hostel quality. If you don't need laundry facility, you can find a lot more nice accommodations with the price asked.

i am kind mix up by the details you gave. My son (23 years old and part of our staff) assisted you to find the right adapter for you and asked if he can do anything else for you but you said no thank you, and yet you say "There is no personal interaction". the apartment was built from scratch 4 month ago, the air-conditioning is made by Samsung the best that money can buy and the "incense infuser" is located in share room and not in your room and is supplied to us directly form a top 5 start hotel in Israel.
Yes the beddings are washed and dried with detergents that have smell but we get commendations for them and for the toiletries that are specially ordered from the one of the boutique manufacturer.
If you would only tell me (or mu son) that you cannot stand detergent smell I would have refund you and find another place for you. But saying everything is ok and then writing these lines which are totally disconnected from reality is not ok.
