They say is all include, but the food is limited to schedule, and the quality of the food is terrible, always the same , and the waiters offer the service to the end of the people is eating just to ask for tip They no offer any activities during the day only Thursday night Karaoke, and the room has stain in the walls and cats doing their needs infront ti the room in the halls

Hello Karla, your opinion is very important. Regarding tips, it is an internal process by the hotel where you only have to sign because a consumption control is kept for costs, the waiter is not the one who asks for a tip. We are an all inclusive hotel but we have established schedules which are shared with each client at the time of check in.

I chose this hotel because it was all inclusive so I would not have to worry about food or anything else. They offer three meal and snack but at specific time of the day while they have a few areas around the beach and the piscina where you can get drinks at any time of the day. When it comes to the food, they offered a buffet, my kids would not eat because they have a very small selection of food for them. As adult you can pretty much eat and try new food but when it comes to feeding children, they are very picky for this reason they should always offer food that would like them for example chicken finger, fries, mac and cheese and others. They don't have a restaurant open during the day and for this reason I had to go downtown to get food.

Most of the time we offer the option of having chicken and fries for your children if they don't like the food. You just have to contact our food and beverage manager. This resort is beautiful and clean, the staff is friendly and very accommodating. The villas are a home away from home. Amazing family experience.

I’ve stayed at Indura Resorts and Telamar before and Ensenada Resort is by far the best option, specially for families. Service was amazing, property well maintained, security and amenities are really good. A little more dining options will be great.
