Firstly I requested two rooms to be close to each other and did not expect to be on different floors and nowhere near each other !, also when I checked in I was told the payment card had been rejected and I know this not to be true as I made two bookings with Expedia and both bookings made were made with the same payment card and it was not nice to be asked for the payment and told that I was lucky that the rooms were not allocated to someone else as payment made and had not been authorised by using other forms of payment… plus no one from either the Fallow field or Expedia have contacted me to ask for confirmation payment, very bad service and would probably not stop here again due to this issue

Good Size Rooms, Nice and Clean, Friendly Staff.
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HotelsFriendly staff and good room, booked the room at the last minute (30 mins before arrival!) and the key was already ready when I got to the reception (in the pub). Only downside was being woken by guests in another room during their late check in.
