The room itself was basic however it did the job. We broke the journey from Plymouth to the Lake District here so it was convenient. We slept well and breakfast was good for a continental. Within a short walk, there were plenty of other eating options for a lunch or evening meal and it was a short walk to the town centre and railway station.

Publié le 22 août 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is great with lots of choice. The hotel is also well placed for visiting the ironbridge museums and for the bus station. A 5 minute walk gets you to lost of eating places and 7-8 mins get you to the Telford shopping centre. The railway station is also close by. There was plenty of parking. The hotel bar was open in the evenings and they were happy to provide fresh milk for the tea and coffee in the bedrooms.
They apologised because works were happening to upgrade some of the bedrooms, but we didn’t hear any noise at all.

Excellent value for money. Hotel is great for the price. The room was clean and had everything we needed. All the staff were friendly and very helpful
