Kitchen are not fully equipped, and there’s no wifi even tho there is but it doesn’t work and the house keeper doesn’t even know where the hub is. Stayed at summer time and the place was boiling hot but there’s no air con or even a fan.

Surprising

Stayed at the ruby apartment. Was hesitant to stay as there wasn’t many reviews but it was local to where I was working so thought it give it a try. Arrived at the apartment block fairly late but clear clear instructions before my arrival made it easy to gain access to my apartment. Key was in a key safe by the front door. First impressions was very surprising. Apartment was very clean. Bedroom was a good size with a comfortable bed. Front room/ kitchen was also a good size.Private bathroom had a built in shower above the bath that was easy to use Near by was lots of options to eat out or to do what I did and get deliveroo. Building overall was busy but quiet.

Beaware

We was meant to stay here I booked a room with double & 2 singles, when I got the confirmation it stated 1 double 1 sofa bed the property made the mistake, after calling hotels.com to try to resolve I got nowhere, so I had no choice but to book another property. After booking another property I then get a call from this property saying they made a mistake. Hotels.com wouldn’t refund me. So I asked the property to refund me which was short by £20 odd pounds. So overall not a good experience

Hi This person did not make any booking with us. They have also misspelt ‘Beware’.

Okay stay but could have been better.

When we arrived at the accommodation, we found out that we were not allocated the room we booked. When I rang up, I was then informed there was an issue with our room but this had not been communicated with us prior meaning our sleeping arrangements were significantly impacted.
