Publié le 22 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWonderful hotel lovely staff. Great spa. Only downside was the loudness of the bedroom doors. They were so loud and banged. They could do with a little rubber stopper like kitchen cupboards to stop the loud bang which wakes you up every time someone comes and goes

Lovely hotel!
Publié le 17 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe’ve stayed at this lovely hotel before. We had a lovely greeting from the young lady on reception. Our room was very large, bathroom was nice, shame there’s no shower for the less abled as it was a very high bath to climb into. The room was clean but just looking a bit dated. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had a fire alarm going off intermittently one night for about an hour for which we were compensated with a free night in an upgraded room when we come back again. The breakfast buffet was really lovely with lots of things to choose from and I was so pleased to see fried bread as an option in the hot food! All the staff are really lovely and friendly too. We will definitely be returning!

Weekend break

On first night we were disturbed by faulty fire alarm, however, the hotel manager displayed excellent Customer service by offering a discount on the nights stay and a complimentary meal in restaurant. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely use The Telford Hotel Spa and Golf.

A lovely hotel, all staff friendly. Rooms clean. Golf course and facilities good. Spa and leisure facilities welcoming. Particularly good catering for gluten and dairy free guests. We travel a lot and this was the best breakfast with so much choice I didn’t feel I was missing out. Will be returning.
