Off Season Family Weekend
Publié le 22 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayBefore we arrived, I was wondering why the great reviews. Now I get it. In fact, the pictures do not do the condo justice. The owner met us, showed us around, and was always available if we had questions. The condo itself was immaculate, well stocked, especially the kitchen, and was in a great location to the hot tub and ski lifts. The condo is a short walk to the center of Telluride and to the free gondolas to the mountain village. Highly recommend.

There were six of us and everyone was comfortable, great communication with host and was very helpful during our stay, we would stay here again for sure! It had everything we needed! Thanks so much! Summer Vacation

Close to a beautiful walking trail along the creek with quick access to town and the gondola. No question too silly or dumb for him to promptly and kindly respond to throughout our entire stay. Loved it. Would visit again…especially in the winter. So close to the lift.

Location, location, location!

The description was accurate, but we were not expecting the TINY bathrooms in the 2 bedrooms. Our truck didn’t fit in the small garage, but the host instructed us to park in the public lot across the street and registered our plate- so no additional costs involved.
The furniture, linens and towels ( one bath towel per person provided) could definitely use some upgrading, as well as the tv/ audio system. There were still old VHS tapes stocked by the TV. No Keurig in the kitchen, so we had to purchase bulk coffee to make.
Overall we had a nice stay- thanks to the great location- and the host was quick to respond to several texts with questions/ issues.

These guests wanted an early check-in, my cleaners were busy-despite that they were able to give the guests a check-in time 30min earlier than my listed check-in time. The guests seemed unsatisfied with the early check-in time, as well as their large truck not fitting in my garage. My garage does accommodate a regular size SUV as my listing states. Anything bigger than that and it would be a sensible idea to give me the dimensions of the vehicle in advance and I am happy to check if it will fit the garage.
While the bathrooms in the Double Diamond complex are not enormous, if they were that tiny..more guests would comment on it in the 90+ reviews I have on vrbo.
My linens and towels are new.
There are no VHS tapes in my place :), there are some DVDs.
I have a higher end Mr Coffee drip machine, it makes good coffee. Thanks for reading :)

Loved Telluride Stay!

It was on the edge of town and easy to walk everywhere or to catch a ride on the gondola--but it also felt as private as a condo can feel. We enjoyed a few trips to the hot tub with a great view of the ski mountain. The condo is as it seems in the pictures. There are two small but full bathrooms in each bedroom, plus a half bath upstairs, which was nice for 6 people. Adults slept in the bedrooms and it stayed very cool with the windows open (helpful to have sound machine with you--the unit does not have fans). Our kids slept in the loft and that worked great--best suited for 2 kids. The TV just had cable (which is great), but we wanted to access Netflix and were able to rent a Roku stick from the library (a great resource for missing gear). It's not a fancy place, but the garage and access to washer and dryer and other amenities made it a very practical stay. We'd definitely come back. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location
Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty has a great location, especially for skiing, but good for summer as well. Close to the river trail and a refreshing 5-10 minute walk to town or the free gondola. Owner was responsive and met us personally at check-in. We had a great stay.

This guest didnt pay the dog fee when he booked, forcing me to add the dog fee on after he booked...then didnt check his messages on the vrbo platform and said he wasnt given the property address...so he gave me a 3 star review.

This is a great property for a summer stay in Telluride. Everything is in walking distance - great restaurants, hiking trials, the Gondola to the bike park! John was an excellent host and made sure we were set and comfortable for our stay. Would totally come back in the winter!

Great small Condo.
Publié le 1 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat property for small family. Rooms are small but it was cozy for us. Would be great for small family with young kids (not toddlers). Beds and furniture are fairly new and comfortable. Carpet color is a bit dated but in good repair. No TV's or ceiling fans in bedrooms if that is important to you. It isn't to us. Very comfortable Temps in June. Would definitely use again!
