Beautiful Telluride condo

Room was very nice. Communications, happy hour were great but no a/c was a little painful. Car ride was awesome!

Our unit was far inferior to the usual Fairmont standard. Furnishings were shabby and very dated, and there was black mold in our shower. I won't stay at a Fairmont again - apparently I can't rely on their reputation to give me a good travel experience.

Hello Debra, We are sorry to hear that your stay with us was not the experience you had hoped for. We continually do updates to our property and will be doing a rather sizable one in the near future. We also have a high standard for cleanliness and when looking into the comment about your shower, did discover some grout repair but no mold. While I know that this visit did not meet your expectations, we do hope that you will visit us again in the future so that we can show you our true Fairmont hospitality.

Loved the area. Room had a hair in bathtub otherwise eating been hiring. Some asteroid in hallway needed repair, like wood corner trim. The game room was a great addition for those with kids. Valet crew was great and eager to help. I know they work on tips but it never felt like that was their goal. They were learning your name even if your stay was short. Would recommend and stay again. Pretty expensive to see some of the older pieces in hallway, and room not updated but I get it. JH

Great location for skiers.
Publié le 29 déc. 2021 sur HotelsGreat location and had own ski valet. Room was good size. Daily housekeeping great. Toilets could use an upgrade to stronger flushing. Enjoyed free hot tea and coffee at the lobby. Limited equipment at the on-site rental.

The Franz Klammer lodge was super clean with an on-site concierge to help with anything you could want. The fall colors were spectacular!!
