Good but average stay
Publié le 25 juill. 2024 sur HotelsHotel was overall an average stay. The first room we had was on the first floor and the balcony was open to the street. Morning deliveries backed right up to our patio doors. We ended up upgrading from a junior suite to a 2 bedroom and the location was much better. The two bedroom had so many moths dead and alive. The second bathroom seemed to have some mold on the shower floor. Cleanliness needs to be worked on. The bathrooms are very tight. You have to stand to the side of the toilet to shut the door.My husband is 6’3” and it was tight for him. The pool area is nice with the restaurant attached as well. We had both a lunch and dinner at the restaurant and thought the food was very good. All the staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating. The location is beautiful and they offer a free shuttle to Mountain Village . If I were to visit the area again I would look at other options available as this did not blow me away.

Horrible rooms. Things were broken, not clean and in serious need of maintenance.

No Air Conditioning and Valet Only Service :(
Publié le 18 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThis hotel is in a great location, but the rooms were very hot ( no AC) in the summer and many windows didn't open all the way or lacked screens.
We were very disappointed at the Valet ONLY service at this property. You check in and have to walk to your hotel and any time you need your car you have to call ahead to have them prepare it for you. My fiancé had a bad knee and it was unbelievable to me that there was zero mode of transportation from the lobby to our hotel room. He had to walk from the lobby to our hotel room and it was a bit challenging for him. How about adding on a golf cart to transport guests from the hotel lobby to their hotel room??

Hi James,Thanks for your feedback.We do have a golf cart for guests needing extra help so we are sorry you didn't know about it or ask about it.Very few properties up here have AC because we are located above 9000 feet and temps only reach the 70s during the day and drop down to the low 50s at night. There are fans provided in each unit. We do hope you consider staying again. Thanks.
