Perfect Location

Nice Fall Getaway
Publié le 17 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayI came to Telluride to enjoy peace and quiet, and to get outdoors to enjoy nice fall weather and fall colors. This did not disappoint. It’s perfect for what I needed. Very clean and organized with easy parking and easy access to the town and hiking trails.

Save yourself from stress
Publié le 11 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayCame 10mins earlier and called the property manager if we could check in already which she allowed. It took us a minute to find the unit as it wasn’t specified on the listing. We got to the unit with the door open, only the find out that somebody is still on the process of repairing the restroom plumbing. The whole unit is cluttered and uncleaned. The restroom out of order, water covered the whole restroom floor. I called back the property manager and requested if she could transfer us to a different unit to no avail and we requested for a refund instead. She told us to just drop our bags and go out of the unit to explore the town so the man could do his job which I thought will not be finished for a couple more hours. So we declined and asked for a refund of course. She had the nerve to deny us a refund and told us that the transaction I booked was nonrefundable. I argued and finally she gave in and she said she will process to return the money. 2 days past the refund was still not processed. I called vrbo and they took care of the problem. Imagine the 4 hour long drive and to know the place youll be staying is not ready. The inconvenience and stress that it had made. I will never book that place ever again

The “guest” is a liar.
The condo was clean. The plumber we sent to fix the drain between guests on the turnover day merely left to get a new gasket and we told the guest when he arrived early that it would be ready in 30 mins BUT HE WAS ALSO INFORMED IN ADVANCE THAT IT MAY NOT BE READY BY 4:00, but his response was angry and uncalled for. We said if he can’t wait for 20 mins to finish then fine… we’ll refund. He called us back and said he found another place and that was that. We are rather glad because we did him a favor by accepting his late booking request but his demeanor made us realize that he was going to be a troublesome guest, and we were right.

Terrible communications with property manager
Publié le 7 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayI had a hiking accident on the day of my arrival and called and messaged the property manager to advise them that I would not be able to check in. The voicemail box was full so my spouse could not leave a message and the property manager did not reply to an online message that I sent them. If you rent this property be aware that the property manager does not respond to communications.

Short Telluride Getaway
Publié le 16 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis condo was the perfect stay in Telluride before moving onto Mountain Village for a wedding. My partner and I stayed here for two days in the city of Telluride and it was extremely clean and tidy, and had all of the amenities that you would need. The kitchenette was great for making small meals and all of the necessary equipment was provided. The location was central to downtown Telluride with the river trail access right outside our door and minutes away from the Gondola. I would stay here again 100% and would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing deal in Telluride!

Long Weekend in Telluride.
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property is in a great location! The Galloping Goose has an official stop right in front of the complex. You can walk along the river to town or the Gandola up the mountain. Clark’s market is only a couple of blocks away. Quiet and convenient.
