Exclusive Resort Style Estate in Temecula

Another Perfect Getaway with this 6700 sqt Single-Level Mediterranean estate. This gorgeous property provides an ideal escape from it all! With high vaulted ceilings through out the home and 5 spacious bedrooms (3 bedrooms with two queen beds and 2 bedrooms each with a king bed) comfortably sleeps 16 (2 per bed). Four of the bedrooms are en-suites and the fifth bedroom with a half restroom right outside in common area. The gourmet kitchen with Decor appliances, beautiful center island, with ample seating through out will leave you in awe.
Home boast an incredible resort style back yard with a large custom pebble tech beach entry pool, waterfall, slide, walk up bar, BBQ island with Palapas, palm trees through out; this will truly make you feel like the great escape in your own private resort! Not to mention the large jacuzzi , propane fire-pit, extensive seating areas though out the home. Bring it back indoors to the game area for a game of ping pong, cornhole, foosball and more!

~~IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW~~

~We take the rules very seriously! Prior to booking, please make sure you are comfortable with our policies prior to booking with us. County ordinance; Occupancy limit at all times and Quiet Hours of 10pm to 7am will be strictly enforced (absolutely no outdoor activities after 10pm) Guest must mindful of their noise levels at all times. In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests and our neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the County may result in a citation, forfeiture of security deposit and could lead to immediate eviction.

~Pool/jacuzzi heating will incur an additional charge. Pool heating cost can range from $200 to $300 per day of heating (two day minimum) depending on outdoor temperature and desired water temperature. Pool heating not available from November thru February and or when night temperatures are below 40 degrees, its to cold for a domestic heater to attempt to heat that much water. Jacuzzi heating available year round for an additional fee of $20 to heat water to 102 degrees and $10 per hour to maintain temperature. We calculate cost by the amount of propane used to heat pool/spa. NOTE; jacuzzi does not have booster pressure jets

~ We are not responsible for mail or packages that are shipped to the property. We do not have access to the mail box and can not retrieve mail for guest as mail boxes are not on premise.

Nice but ... old.
As with many properties today, the photos oversell the reality. Overall, this house is decent, with the swimming pool being its best feature. The kids really enjoyed the slide. However, the rest of the house shows its age, something that photos often don’t capture. There are several small issues that, if addressed, could significantly improve the experience. For example, some appliances don’t work: one stove is functional, and one is not, one microwave is functional, and one is not, the ice maker doesn't work so you'll need to buy your own ice. The fire pits don't work, and the doorbell is broken. Another concern is the fifth bedroom, which lacks any bathroom facilities—no shower or half bath—just a room with two beds. It does back up to a guest bathroom, which has a toilet and sink, so adding a "jack and jill" bathroom with a shower would be a relatively easy and impactful upgrade. Additionally, the furnishings feel outdated, the mattresses are quite firm, and the linens are on the cheaper side. For a rate of $1500 per night, everything should be in working order, and the overall quality should be better. The house definitely needs repairs and upgrades to maintain its appeal; it can't just function as a rental without regular upkeep.

Beautiful house but lacking in comfort
We were all very impressed with the beauty of the house and pool but there were key details missing that would have made the stay better. The beds were all super uncomfortable, even in the main bedroom. 3 people ended up sleeping on the couches because they were more comfortable than the beds. The oven wasn't working the best. It took over 30 mins to warm up. There was no water filter in the sink or fridge so we had to stock the fridge with a lot of water. None of the bathrooms have hooks or racks to hang up bath towels. When you plug in the address on google maps, it directs you to a private rocky, dirt road, even though there's a paved alternate that should be used. The owners cant control what google does, but it would have been nice to have been warned that before driving up. There was just a handful of minor annoyances that I wasn't expecting for the cost of the stay. The game room and pool were absolutely fantastic though. There was plenty of dining space and hanging out space which the group really enjoyed.

This house is better than the photos show. And the photos are pretty awesome. It’s quite large and was very comfortable for our group. The back yard does not disappoint. Great pool, very private, really long table and chairs for outdoor dining. The beds are firm and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Nice and clean too. I would not hesitate to stay here again

The resort style home was one of the most beautiful home that I've had the pleasure to stay and spend time with family. Home was clean, organized, and provided large space for activities. This property was even more amazing than I hoped it would be!
My family and I take one big group vacation a year. We try to rent a big enough property that we are able to spread out and have our own space, yet with a big enough common area to hang out in. This checked all the boxes and then some! I would highly recommend this property for whatever your plans are! The house itself is beyond spectacular and the landscaping and pool are next level. The area provides as much privacy as you want while also being within a short distance of shopping and restaurants. Again- you cannot go wrong in choosing this property! We are already planning a return trip!

Family Getaway
The home and property were amazing. Everything was clean and kitchen was fully labeled so items could be found quickly. We contacted the Manager the first day with a question about the pool and he had the pool maintenance person there first thing the following morning to resolve the issue. Any other questions we had about the property was answered immediately by the Manager, John. I would recommend this property to a large group/family who want to just relax near wine country.

Perfect Setting for our Family Reunion
This was our 3rd year in a row renting a house in Temecula for our annual family reunion, and this house by far was the best. It was clean, organized, well stocked, in good working order, spacious and beautiful. We loved the privacy and shaded roads for morning hikes. John could not have been more kind and welcoming. The absolute best part about the property was the big pool with the awesome slide and waterfall. The big and little kids loved how fun and relaxing the backyard space was. If you are looking for the perfect home for your group of 12 or more. Look no further!

Beautiful spacious home with resort style pool and outdoor oasis for large multigenerational family. Some furniture aging and maintenance issues with no door in master bedroom bath and No extra towels/bedding, which were needed. Loved pool table, ping pong and cornhole games- plenty of room for everyone to join in games, fine, picnic and visit! Lots of plush seating/rooms.

Stellar spot!
This was an incredible trip. John was super accommodating and everything went off without a hitch. The only thing that I would change is the plastic mattress covers. They made the beds a little hot and stiff. Maybe there can be a thicker mattress pad put on top of the cover. Otherwise, it was an incredible trip‼️🙌🏻 Could not have asked for more. I would and will stay here again!!

AMAZING Resort Style Backyard!!!
If you are looking for a fun relaxing weekend in Temecula, this is the place! The house is huge! Plenty of space for a large group, lots of areas for entertainment and relaxation, extremely clean, high ceilings throughout the house, nice big kitchen and of course the BACKYARD! Don't need to describe the backyard as you can see in the photos, Definitely give it 5 stars! By the way, Property Manager John was awesome... answered all my questions and quick and easy check-in!
