On the upside, the property was clean and staff were absolutely wonderful. They have a great happy hour as well. Down sides, I paid extra for a pool view and got a corner unit with only the view of pool chairs. The pool was also not heated so it was a complete waste of amenities. No hot tub.

There was pubic hair in our shower, melted cheese on one of the countertops by the TV, the ceiling was so thin you could hear every footstep from above. The TV barely worked with local TV stations cutting in and out. Finally, it was freezing in our room and the heater didn’t work when we tried to put it on.

I always stay here when I go to Temecula, you can walk to old town Temecula. The casino is 7 mins away. Wineries 10 mins away. Perfect location.

Horrible hotel. We booked for 2 nights and stayed for 1 night. Saw hookers with their customer coming in the hotel to their rooms. Room was dirty and bed linen was not clean. Had makeup stain on the pillow case and blanket. Room not cleaned and bathroom had pee in the toilet.

The room wasn't vacuumed completely. overall the room was taken care of well. stains on the sofa and chairs, water pressure was very low. Furniture in odd places the flooring felt sticky. the ice machine on the floor didn't work. I can write more but I will never attend another Hilton Garden again. not worth the price.

When we were walking to our room there were two carts that stayed in halway our whole stay, carpet unvaccumed, hair in bathroom on toilet seat, also counters did not seemed to have been wiped down with clean towels, looks like someone just kinda took a dirty towel and smeared it really quick. we checked in before 4, if they were not ready to hhave us i would have preffered to check in at four and them taken more time to actually clean the room i would be spending my new years eve in!!!! also called for extra pillows.....that never came.
