We checked in a half hour early and they charged us $50 even though the room was already ready. There were also multiple pubs and hairs in the shower.

The bed was not made right!! It was missing the bottom skirt and the other had it wrong!!

Very disappointing
Publié le 15 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe stay was awful. Very uncomfortable and unorganized. We had to do the housekeeping in our room , there was urine and throw up in the bathroom. The bartender lied and basically stole from us . Finally we upgraded to a suite the last night because we were so fed up and they double charged us . We had to wash the room towels ourselves at their facility. This was supposed to be a nice getaway/horse show we were competing in and it was the exact opposite.
