Our room was not clean. There were almonds on the carpet as well as other debris. When I walked barefoot on the carpet there was dirty that stuck to my feet. The bathroom mirror was dirty. The shower had someone’s hair on the shower wall. The bathroom floor was dirty.

Not a good stay
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsThe towels in the bathroom had hair wrapped in it, the sign in front stated no help available from housekeeping if your stay was less than 4 days. Was already undressed so I had to find a towel without hair on it. The plug for the sink was on top of a picture in the bathroom. Just ghetto. Couldn't sleep well, sounded like water was running all night. When I informed the front desk of this at check out she has no concern. Tried to upload photo. Unable to.

Staff were super nice and very welcoming. No complaints, we enjoyed our stay!
