Wonderful stay

The kitchen was well-equipped, the pool offered stunning views, and the beach was conveniently close - ideal for family outings. Do note, there's some noise from local dogs and traffic, but it didn't overshadow our overall experience. Highly recommended for a relaxing beach holiday.

Awesome stay in Potrero
Publié le 27 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful time with the family at the Villa. Walking distance to beaches, hiking trails and market. The sunsets from the pool were incredible. The only downside is the noise from traffic and neighbour dogs (too) early in the morning.

Lovely home close to amazing beaches

The rooms were large, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had just about everything you could need. We loved walking to the beaches and spent a lot of time at the pool enjoying the amazing views.
The town of Potrero is lovely and within walking distance. We went several times a week to the bakery (El Patio Panaderia) and fruit stand (across from the square). Both were amazing!
The only draw back is the busy road in front of the unit with lots of construction vehicles going by. We knew about this when we booked so it wasn't a surprise.

huge home - fantastic stay
Publié le 3 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayLarge, modern well-kept townhome. Huge, kitchen with all the pots/pans/dishware that you might need for a self-catering stay. The complex pool is spectacular. A short drive to several nice restaurants. The complex is quiet and safe with friendly 24-hour security.
We highly recommend this listing.

Perfect location

We loved how roomy the house was, never feeling crowded and the deck was our favorite hangout spot. We all enjoyed the quick walks to the beach and the pool. We will definitely want to come again. Thank you Jill and Tony for being so kind and helpful. The security guards (Pedro) were so so sweet too .

Potrero is a great place to stay
Publié le 30 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property was as advertised. It does need a bit of tlc to freshen the place up. The only irritation was the new construction development in the area. Our balcony was overlooking the road it was quite noisy in the mornings and at night. Other than that it was a great place to spend our time.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We apologize for the noisy traffic due to the construction down the road. We are keeping our fingers crossed that soon they will pave the road to Las Colinas so that the construction traffic and go to different route.

Potrero stay Feb 2023

Her beautiful home was completely equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Views from the infinity pool were beyond spectacular. Had a couple of minor incidents during our stay but Tony from Krain management took care of things in less than 24hrs.
Beaches are close by but so is the road and the traffic is very loud.

Publié le 20 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayEnjoyed the clean and spacious home for 10 days with a family of four adults. Enjoyed exploring the many beaches and local restaurants. Did some zip lining and a boat tour of the national park and enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. There are A-LOT of steps..fortunately our son was there to help we seniors with the luggage. We would have had trouble on our own.
