We strive to provide the best experience for our guests, so it’s great to know that you had a wonderful time at our restaurant and with your stay in general.I apologize for any confusion or frustration caused by the charge for the airport transfer. Upon reviewing your booking process, I can confirm that we did communicate the total cost of the service upon request, for a total amount of 192 USD was indeed for the airport transfer services provided by our concierge agent, and also was confirmed and verified upon check out, when you inquired about what was No limits and our Concierge confirmed it was the airport transfer service provider and reassure you the total amount of 192 US.We regrate this was not a miscommunication regarding this fee, as there is not shuttle service due the distance of our location. Our goal is always to be clear and transparent with our guests about any additional charges, therefore an email confirmation was sent right away. As our guest you could acdept or denie our services and find alternatives source however you did confirm and accept the terms of this reservation.
