Nice hotel close to everything

The property is very outdated, and the hallways to and in the rooms were very stinky of cigarette smells. It literally made me nauseous.

Ashtray smelling- misleading breakfast hotel
Publié le 13 nov. 2023 sur HotelsThis hotel was a never again from the moment we walked in. The man didn't want to get out of the chair to check us in. We walked in the hotel part and it smelled so bad of cigarettes it wasn't funny. Then a little rat dog tried to bite me. We get to the room and go in and it is set at 86 degrees and is hot and humid. There is no chair to sit in like it says there is. There is hardly any plugs. The room is supposed to be handicap accessible and you couldn't hardly walk. The bathroom was big for handicap but it was supposed to have a shower with a stool and it was a tub with a torn shower curtain. The only thing good was the beds were comfortable. The next morning we went for breakfast and only a quarter of what the pictures show they have was there. it was basically non existant. Go to leave and look at the pool and it looks like it has been decaying for years. We get back to our room that night and someone had been in our room even though we had the do not disturb hanger on the door. Someone came in and was watching tv. They had changed the tv guide to HBO and it was changed so everything was in Spanish. Then we go to check out the next morning and the same man did not want to check us out he was to busy stuffing his fat face with food. Very rude, Very misleading photos and description of hotel. Will never stay again.
