Disgusted!
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsThey should not be open. Room was so muggy and moldy. Shower had mold. Mold in the air conditioner like you will die if you stay too long smh. Roaches. First night room was still dirty. A chip under dresser clearly they don’t clean. Floor was so sticky a dirty. Housekeeping wasn’t in there but 5 minutes I was waiting on my ride. Literally fixed the bed straightened up and that’s it. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

As a female traveler, this location felt particularly unsafe. The parking facilities are very cramped. There are multiple people hanging around the property, I'm assuming it's the same people who live in the motel. It seemed like it was low income housing instead of a motel. Room was in poor condition. When I looked at the pillows on the bed they had old blood spots on them, the kind you find on a pillow when someone has picked visits on their face and allowed them to bleed. Two pillows had these stains. When I pulled back the sheets I found that there were yellow stains as if someone had sweated, and several short black hairs.
As soon as I saw the blood stains on the pillow I decided this is not the place for me. So I went to the front desk and asked for a refund. They told me it was not possible since I had used Expedia for the purchase it would have to come directly from expedia. As soon as I could I got out of there and went to the Best Western up the road. I would like to begin a process of returning that money to me, please.

Hotel was very close to my convention and quite a bit of dining and shopping options available nearby. very affordable
