Wonderful staff that went out of their way to make sure our stay was as convenient as possible. Spacious room, albeit older but still comfortable. Quiet especially considering the frontage road location. Would stay here again

Beware of Price Gouging in Belton

They could not tell us why but only said they could rebook us for double+ the rate I had originally reserved. I reserved 114. And they said I had to pay 249. A night. I refused and told them I wanted the rate I had booked 3 weeks prior. She called manager and after 30. Minutes of bickering I left. They would not budge. I will not book again through Hotels.com due to this incident. That was pure price gouging. Yes they had two big football games in town that weekend and a huge dog show down the road in Belton.

Beds were uncomfortable. Carpet was stained. No ice maker- had to go to Front Desk to get ice. Breakfast was not overwhelming. Hotel seemed old.

Crickets in this hotel are everywhere. We had a cricket jump out of a towel stick to our backs! Had to ask to move rooms but it wasnt any better. Crickets were in the restroom and also in the hallway. Theyre everywhere in the hotel. When trying to ask for a manager on duty the front desk lady said he was not here and her excuse was we live in Texas! No apology or any offer to waive my cancellation! It was a horrible night! I live in Texas by the way and that has never ever happened to us in any hotel so far!

I stayed here for a month and they didn’t service my room one time. The only time they did was when I asked and every other day I had to go get wash cloths and towels. Rooms are pretty out dated as well

I love staying at Residence Inn. This property however has a few issues. The entrance is really rough and every time I entered I got horns blown at me. The vegetation is overgrown. The building entrances have big dirty ash trays and cigarette butts. I had to get a new room because there was white pet hair all over the first. We had the hair all over us. The bed was comfortable. We will try it again on our next visit. Maybe it's in recovery mode now.
