Located in downtown, just off the park, this beautiful home, surrounded with lovely gardens has great amenities for everyone: a hot tub for 6, fire pit for great conversation, private yard and it’s pet-friendly (conditions apply).
It also has quick and easy access to downtown Templeton, Paso Robles, Route 101, Route 46 West, Paso Airport, PR Event Center and Vina Robles Amphitheater…and over 300+ beautiful wineries in the Paso Robles area.
It’s the perfect spot for families, a girlfriends’ wine weekend, or old friends’ get-together.
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The master ensuite, with a large king bed, is spacious and has its own master bath with a jacuzzi tub. The master also has a large 42” SmartTV and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. The en suite bathroom features dual vanities, a huge walk-in shower, a jacuzzi tub, and a bidet toilet.
Bedrooms two and three are located upstairs. These rooms have plenty of space, each with a Queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a 55” SmartTV and a keyboard to practice your chops. These bedrooms share a large bathroom, with dual vanities and a tub/shower combination.
Bathroom amenities and quality luxe linens and towels are all provided.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
After walking past the gardens in the front yard, you’ll enter the house from the side into the large great room. The living area has a huge sectional that seats 6 plus. The sofa is centered in front of the 65” SmartTV equipped with Netflix and Disney Plus. (Don’t forget your account numbers).
Open to the living room is the huge chef's kitchen with a large island and peninsula with 4 stools for eating at or entertaining the cook. The well-equipped kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances, a wine fridge, a 5-burner gas stove, lots of countertop working space, along with all the cooking essentials you'll need to prepare gourmet meals.
Next to the kitchen is the dining area with a bar height table and seating for 4. The French doors off the dining area lead to the back patio deck and hot tub area.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)
In the front and side yards are lush gardens of wildflowers, herbs and other edibles such as strawberries (you’re welcome to pick the ripe ones). Meander through the gardens to the fire pit area with string lights…the perfect spot the imbibe with a great Paso wine and enjoy some friendly conversation.
Go outside to the back deck patio and enjoy dining al fresco on the dining table with seating for 6. Grill up some burgers or steaks on the Weber 3 burner BBQ Grill.
Relax in the 6-person hot tub after your meal and enjoy the cool air and the star-filled skies.
GUEST AMENITIES
We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags. The kitchen is stocked with the essential staples: coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and spices.
THE IMMEDIATE AREA
You are in Paso Wine Country Central! where there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. Also ideally located just across from the Templeton Park, you will have access to the best Saturday Farmers Market, quaint shopping and a renewed restaurant scene on Main Street. Visit McPhee’s, Jack’s Bar & Grill or Kitchenette for a great tasting meal, 15C for some local wine and a cheese platter, live music or karaoke fun or explore the newest addition, The Pig Iron at Templeton Mercantile. The downtown Paso Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday evening, while Templeton showcases their summer concerts on Wednesday evenings. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues.
PROVISIONS
A few miles from town there is an Albertson's on Niblick. A Smart & Final is located on Spring Street at 20th or off of the Del Rio exit going south. Trader Joe's is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. While at the Trader Joe's you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or head on over to the butcher, J&R Meats, for some grass-fed local meats and game. Back up in Paso you can find a few quality cheese shops, Vivant Fine Cheese and Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop, along with some cigar shops, Boyd's, and Third Base Market & Spirits.
RESTAURANTS
Templeton offers some great food options including McPhee's where you can find some of the best wood-fired steaks in town along with the others listed above.
Paso is packed with great restaurants. Italian, French, Irish, Asian, Mexican, even Argentinean are just a few. From pizza to 5-course meals, Paso Robles has come of age in its dining options.
Stay a week or two so you can try all of them!
