Large lake property in Ten Mile with amazing views and two boat slips for you

Amazing and Large lake property with modern kitchen and appliances and large upper and lower decks with the most amazing views of Watts Bar Lake and the rolling hills. You will never so a more beutiful sunset over the lake than here. You have access to two boat slips at the community dock (many larger family groups bring two boats) which is a 5 min walk from the property or a short golf cart ride. yes, you can use the golf cart to go to dock, bring your toys down to the lake and/or check out the area. You have to go down some stairs to access the dock, this may be difficult for people with disabilities (see pictures so you can decide). There is an inflatable 2 man kayak and raft you can use at your own risk to boat and float and do a little fishing. some water toys as well as a few life jackets. Also a few fishing poles and light fishing tackle you can use if you did not bring your own. This property is very private and toward the end of the road so you will hear no road noise, just an occasional boat driving by and the birds. Sit on the deck and watch the deer, birds and beautiful lake and hills. Home has three stories. Main floor has kitchen living spaces and the master bedroom/Bath and access to the large upper deck with enough chairs for everyone as well as a guest 1/2 bath. The upper level has two bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bath between them, each with their own toilet and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Next to the laundry room is a bonus room with bunk bed (2 twins). The lower level has a full bathroom and large bedroom there is a two full size beds and a twin in this room. This area also has a small gym with exercise equipment to keep you in shape if you so desire during your vacation as well as a foosball table. The bottom level also has a patio with great views of the lake and access to the grass area in the yard. Covered parking right in front of the house keeps your car out of the weather. Plenty of games and books and puzzles in the cabinets for you to enjoy and lots more. Sand harbor beach and many other great places to visit on your boat are a just a short boat ride away. Fishing from the dock is one of my favorite things to do and you almost always catch something from catfish to crapie. This is the perfect place for large family gatherings, and there have been many. Come and enjoy.

Large, comfortable home by the lake
The home has numerous beds to accommodate a large family. The golf cart made getting to the lake easy. There are 3 sets of steep steps to get down to the dock. The favorite part of the house for the entire family was the covered back deck with ceiling fans that overlook the lake.

Beautiful, Peaceful, Cabin in the Sky!
This home is AWESOME!!! It was large enough to accommodate three families with plenty of space. It is has the most beautiful views. There is lake behind the property that you can access or you can take in the views from the back porch. It was clean and stocked well with towels and essentials. The owner was responsive and very thoughtful as there was a wonderful surprise waiting for me when I arrived. I highly recommend this place. It is worth it!

Beautiful spacious property. But the sunsets off the patio are the icing on the cake. Great communication with the property owner, when needed. Everything needed for the stay was in the house. I would definately stay there again.

Family Vacation
We enjoyed our stay at the Ten Mile house. The views of the lake are incredible. We had a total of 13 people there and still had a couple beds to spare. We rented a pontoon and utilized the dock and lift. There is a sand bar a few miles north of the house that we spent the afternoon on - highly recommend. The golf cart also came in very handy. We would chose this house if we visit Watts Bar Lake again.

Family reunion- amazing !
We had 11 people- mostly adult with a couple teenagers. Plenty of room to hang or have some quiet time. The home is beautiful with books and games and a large table for dinner or family game time. The lake is beautiful and quiet. The house is well stocked and clean. Upper deck and lower porch were my favorite parts. Plenty of patio furniture to lounge and take in the views. We swam and used the inflatable rafts off the dock. It was calm clean water. We did use the golf cart to carry floaties down but the walk was tolerable. Be aware its a mountain - so hills. Would 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for quiet, beautiful scenery. Especially large groups. No issues cooking for everyone. Plenty of bathrooms and showers. Host sent a list of where to find things to make the stay even better!

What a BEAUTIFUL place!!
This house lived up to the description and MORE! Comfortable beds, amazing kitchen, very nice living area, and the sunsets were an added bonus! The owner was very friendly and personable, but not intrusive. Looking out onto the lake in the morning with a cup of coffee is just the BEST way to start the day! The only suggestion I have is to have a guest book to sign, it's fun to read stories/experiences from others who have stayed there. We look forward to staying in this house again sometime in the future!

Great house for family gathering
The house worked well for our extended family to gather for Thanksgiving. Plenty of space to allow everyone some privacy but room enough to gather around the fireplace for World Cup games on the TV. Kitchen was well equipped and the dining table worked well for our group. Spacious porch overlooking the yard and lake. Beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend the house for a large gathering.

Beautiful home with lots of space with breathtaking views.
We had an extended family vacation that included 8 adults. We had plenty of space to relax, cook, and each couple had our own rooms and bathroom areas. The porch was amazing to set out and view the sunsets. We will definitely stay again.

Labor Day Weekend Trip
We celebrated my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. House was perfect for my family and the view of the lake was amazing! Kids enjoyed the foosball table. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful place to stay we have a million dollar view on the porch
This property was perfect for our family they thought of everything you could really need from shampoo to seasons to cook with beds were comfortable very clean there is a steep driveway but I’m sure that’s the only way to get that million dollar view the golf cart was great to drive down to dock and see neighborhood

Our family had a great time on the lake. The house was perfect for our family. No issues at all. We had everything that we needed. The view from the house was amazing. The boat slip that was included with the rental was a huge plus. The golf cart was definitely needed and we used it everyday to take us back and forth from the house to the boat slip. Wonderful house on the lake!
We had a wonderful time in this very beautiful house! Highly recommended. The golf cart was needed since the lake access is quite a walk down hill. At the community dock the owners have a boat slip available. We kept a pontoon there, and fished and swam off of the dock. The house is very large, comfortable, and well equipped.

Quiet, comfortable lake getaway with gorgeous view…yes ,please!
Wonderful week on Watts Bar Lake. The house was well cared for, super comfortable and the beautiful kitchen with everything we needed was a real bonus! The layout of the house provided a wonderful set up for our family… with teens and young adults. Plenty of beds and multiple levels to spread out on. The girls took the upstairs, the boys took the lower level…and the master bedroom/bath on main was spacious for my husband and I. The golf cart made the short distance to the dock/lake easy! The dock itself was great and the water in Watts Bar Lake is so clear!! Fantastic for boating, tubing, swimming and fishing! We did it all!

Amazing vacation home- exceeded all expectations!
This home exceeded all expectations and our extended family getaway here was amazing! The home was very clean, spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We cooked all of our meals here, and there was plenty room in the pantry and the fridge for everything. We spent hours on the covered deck-the ceiling fans on the deck provided a breeze, making it comfortable even with a heat index of over 100 degrees! And the views, especially the sunsets, were gorgeous! We brought our 22 ft Moomba wake boat and was able to dock with no issues at the boat slip. The water at the dock was plenty deep enough and Watts Bar Lake Dam boat dock was just a short distance away. Being from NW Ohio, we loved the warm and clean lake waters that we don't get up north. The golf cart made it easy to get to the dock, and although there are several stairs to the dock, we did not find them to be too steep and there is a hand rail all the way down. I would give this home 10 stars if I could! It absolutely made our family vacation one of the best! The owner was very nice to work with also (as well as very understanding when we reported that we broke the mirror off of the golf cart- but we did replace it ) :)

Great house!
Lots of room for our family to spread out! The views are amazing. We left a couple of things behind by accident, and Scott arranged for us to pick them up. Talk about great service! Highly recommend this property. We rented a pontoon boat and parked it at the boat dock overnight. The entire family had a great time! Great fishing off the dock. The golf cart is handy as well as the water toys!
