We stayed at the Fountain for two nights. Our accommodation was spacious with a comfortable bed and very efficient ensuite shower. It was good value for money. Rooms are in a separate block behind the pub, with parking close to the rooms and seats in the open area. We liked the fact that The Fountain is a "proper" traditional pub with no TV screens or loud music and customers are requested to keep laptops and phones in quiet mode. The beer was well-kept, the menu offered a good range of food and our choices were tasty and well-cooked. The pub is 15-20 min walk from the centre of Tenbury Wells.

Great location, cosy pub & restaurant, with good food. Evening meal & breakfast good, service a bit slow at breakfast. Very clean & tidy.
Room was very noisy on arrival, as chlldren's bouncing castle was situated directly outside the bedroom window. Screaming kids plus the noise of the motor. There was a large & lovely beer garden, so why put the play area adjacent to bedroom block? Quietened-down by 8 30pm. Other than that, very nice place to stay.

Let down by poor hotel service
Publié le 24 juill. 2024 sur HotelsRooms are very good with big shower let down by cleanliness. Our mattress was filthy. Bedding was from the seventies, pillows tatty. Was not comfortable stopping in the room. The pub part of the Inn was good and food excellent. Management could of put things right but declined to do so.

Publié le 12 mai 2024 sur HotelsWe enjoyed a good stay at the hotel. It was well situated for our trip to Malvern Spring Flower Show. The staff were lovely and the food was good pub food. We particularly enjoyed the steak night which was excellent. Breakfasts were tailored to us individually, were well cooked and good sized portions. We will definitely stay here again.
