Hotel should be upgraded to 3 stars
Publié le 14 août 2024 sur HotelsThe Rooms were clean, yes came across tiny ants and 1 cockroach (well, can't blame the hotel for this)but nothing was an issue for the management to sort out. They got the rooms fumigated and every request/demand we had was met. Literally, the best customer service hence would recommend this hotel. Only issue was the stair cases with heavy suitcase's to reception area.

The Appartement looks from outside old, but the rooms inside looks good and very modern. So the rooms are renovated. Sure it is a loudy location in the evening, but for me it is okay. You have every electronic Equipment in the Appartment what you need.
Every 2 days the Clean Service come to exchange your towels and empty the Trash. The reception are very Kind and helpful, they are 24/7 available. One thing i notice, which is a negative point, they dont have a safe.
All in all for the the the price and for the Central Location, it is great!

Wasn’t expecting much , but apartment was modern, clean. Looked like recently upgraded. Had everything needed for a self catering . Only thing was no safe . Other than that can’t fault it for price range

Nice clean rooms, bit noisy but that’s to be expected up the road from Veronica’s!
Compared to the hike in prices all over Reef, it’s a bargain!

The absolute BEST thing about this property is the lovely woman who works at the pool bar. She is an absolute delight and really brightened up our mornings. The prices at the pool bar are also very reasonable.
There was a lot of construction still happening in the hotel so it wasn't looking great and there was still some noise in mornings from drills etc. Although not too much.
The music down at Veronica's doesn't stop til 6am and there was no air conditioning in our room so we were forced to sleep with the balcony open all night, therefore being forced to listen to Pitbull and every other generic 128 bpm chart track of the moment.
Our shower was poorly designed and would flood the entire bathroom, meaning we had to use most of our towels drying that up. It also meant that the bathroom floor was constantly damp.
Beds weren't great. No headboard. Pretty squeeky etc and not the most comfortable.
TV and WiFi were both good and kitchen facilities were all fine.
This would be a 3 star review due to some of the major issues above, but the lovely lady at the pool bar and the close proximity to shops and nightlife etc earned the extra star.

Great Property But:
Only after purchasing my apartment for the week was I told about ‘reinvention noise’ Monday to Saturday 8am-6pm (it was actually 7 days a week) - this should be made clear to customers prior to buying. Workers played loud music despite one of the main rules for the apartments being ‘no loud music’.
