Lovely place to stay overall - Kind and helpful staff. However the hotel has no A/C and very limited parking as the only downsides.

Good location- a bit faded
Publié le 28 avr. 2024 sur HotelsGreat location in front of the ocean with great views. No way to park and unload luggage in front of the hotel and NO signs to the front of the hotel if you are driving up. Decent hotel but some of the furniture is saggy old and faded .

Fabulous location
Publié le 16 avr. 2024 sur HotelsVery clean .lovely sheltered pool area. not too busy. We didn't spend much time at the pool,as there's so much to do locally especially if you enjoy coastal walks. All the staff are really friendly and helpful.

Bad bad time
Publié le 26 mars 2024 sur HotelsI was very disappointed in my stay here, everything was fine until I got to my room. I was given a not renovated room when I went back downstairs I was told that the double room I booked means it’s not renovated. Where in heck does it say that when I book a double room it means not a renovated room. It doesn’t say anywhere also that renovations were being done to the hotel. You can’t trick customers into believing they are getting a certain room then give them the complete opposite and tell them it’s their fault. There’s no way I would have known the difference between a double room and a superior unless specified on the website. Furthermore I packed my bags and moved to another hotel because there was no more rooms available. I offered to pay the extra 50€ to upgrade my room, but even then I was upset because I was the one who got played. I’m still waiting for my refund since the lady at the counter said she couldn’t do it on the spot. This wouldn’t be a big deal if you tell your customers before hand that certain rooms are not renovated. I attached my room photos and please look at the website for the pictures y’all have posted

The personal was very friendly and helpful, the Hito Restaurant was wonderful. The breakfast could be better, the fried eggs looks like they had an accident and very greasy. The way they fried the ham were made without love.
