GREAT VILLA
Publié le 5 janv. 2019 sur HomeAwayThe villa is set in a beautiful location called Palm Mar, not far from the town of Las Americas, 10 minutes by car, we hired a car for the week which made it much easier for us to get to the supermarket/touristing areas etc. The villa itself is perfectly decorated with all amenities that you would need for your holiday. It is very spacious with more than enough room for 10 guests. We were very impressed! Chantal and his family were excellent hosts, they made us feel very welcome. I will definitely be coming back to stay at this villa in the future and will be recommending it to all of my family and friends. Thank you!

Secondly, the house was very nice, commodious, and clean with a lovely pool and a roof terrace to enjoy the ocean, the beautiful surroundings and not least the sunset.
They had also all english channels even sky and a big video club included
Overall we will recommend this villa to everybody with the need for relaxation and inspirational surroundings.

WONDERFUL VILLA WITH SEA VIEUW
Publié le 22 avr. 2018 sur HomeAwayThe house in Palm-Mar is a wonderful vacation retreat in a quite neighborhood. We where warmly welcomed. The house is well equipped for everything you would need during your stay and with it's delightful outdoor spaces gives you the opportunity to relax, enjoy the warmed swimming pool, lounge chairs, barbecue etc. There are a few shops and restaurants in walking distance, an Italian restaurant with very good oven baked pizzas, the Sea Lounge is a joyful place to visit and for me the best restaurant in Palm Mar as is the restaurant at the beach: the Bahia Beach Club that we also recommend. We would gladly return again and hopefully we will in the future. Thank you for your lovely contribution to making our holidays so great

Nous avons surtout adoré le resto lounge en bord de mer. Idéal avec des enfants, repas délicieux, mojitos au top...
Bref une excellente semaine

Publié le 17 oct. 2017 sur HomeAwaytrès belle villa au calme avec une belle vue mer, on peut tout faire à pieds aux niveaux commerces, à quelques minutes à pied vous êtes au centre de palm mar où le meilleur restaurant est le Sea Lounge, à tester!! le Bahia Beach est à 150 mères, magnifique beach club

Great villa, great location, great stay all round!!
Publié le 16 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur holiday in Palm Mar was fantastic. The villa was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We had one issue with the pool but they owner was extremely quick to rectify. Being close to the beach and the small town was perfect for our month-long stay. Whilst away, we had several visitors from home, with a large party size at its maximum: the youngest being 3 years old and the oldest being 74. At no point did we feel on top of each other, and we were ALL able to find something to do to occupy our time (when we weren’t sunbathing in the glorious sunshine). We had a choice of fantastic little bars and restaurants within a very short walking distance, and we were also close enough to the larger town of Los Cristianos if we wanted more life. Would we return? Most definitely!

Vernachlässigung
Publié le 1 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayGrundsätzlich ist die Lage sowie das Haus inkl. 4 Zimmern gut, jedoch wird es u.E. leider vernachlässigt. Man könnte mit einigen wenigen Arbeiten (Türgriff reparieren, Wände reinigen / Schimmelbefall etc.) sehr viel verbessern. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Terrasse schmutzig und übersät mit Palmen- und Pflanzrückständen. Auch die Fenster sehr schmutzig. Zum Reinigen fehlten leider auch die entsprechenden Geräte. Baulärm vor dem Haus sollte den Gästen vorher bekanntgegeben werden. Schade um das Haus! Somit zur Zeit kein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Grosses Plus; der geheizte Pool!

es tut mir leid, aber wir hatten am Tag Ihrer Ankunft sehr viel Wind und mit dem Meer werden die Fenster wieder schmutzig und die Blätter werden herumgewirbelt, mit Blick auf das Meer ist das ziemlich klassisch
das Haus ist nicht neu, sonst würde es doppelt so viel kosten
wenn Sie großen Luxus wollen, müssen Sie den Preis bezahlen

Nice Villa with way too many issues
Publié le 22 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe Villa itself is nice but there are so many little things the owners need to take care of, we can't give a good rating. Many issues seem small on their own, but all in all combined it just doesn't fit to the described luxurious house. A lot of these things were already mentioned in other reviews, i.e. missing towel holders, broken tiles, broken mirrors, broken bed frames, rusty dishwasher, broken window glass (covered with black foil), broken patio locks, leaking water heater - the list goes on and on. Contrary to the described calm area, there is a construction side right across the street. The safe wasn't usable, as you couldn't close the door properly. One toilet cistern was leaking and thus constantly refilling. Neither hot water nor a working pool pump the during the first days. Missing tiles (you could just start digging in the plain earth) due to prior water damage that just got covered with a plank.
Multiple visible break in attempts (actually including a successful one during our stay) and we got a wooden stick (like somebody else mentioned) to "secure" the patio doors.To top everything, various people just enter the house on their own (once for dropping a missing key, once for pool cleaning) without prior notice.
The owner and cleaning personell all seem nice, it's a pity they just let that property decay and don't do necessary maintenance.
On a positive note, the pool is nice, the working equipment and kitchen as well, also the area is really welcoming .
