MAISON AGREABLE MAIS.......

Toutefois certains points sont à signaler : quand nous sommes arrivés 1- le moteur de la pompe de la baignoire à remous ne fonctionnait pas . Remplacé 2 jours après . L'alimentation electrique de la cuisine était coupée donc ni frigidaire ni eau chaude . le néon de la cuisine est tombé en panne. Le ballon d'eau chaude de la salle de bain ne permettait pas d'avoir suffisament d'eau chaude !!!! Rinçage à l'eau froide .Tout cela fait que pendant 3 jours nous avions des réparateurs dans la maison! 2- Le plus désagréable,La piscine n'était pas chauffée contrairement à ce qui était mentionné dans l'annonce et pour lequel nous avions privilégié cette maison! INADMISSIBLE! 3- on nous avez annoncé qu'il y avait un séche linge.....ce n'était qu'un étendoire à linge .

Many thanks for taking the time to review the property. The electric did trip in the kitchen and you contacted me and I told you how to reset the electricitiy and it did not happen again during your stay. The electric light tube in the kitchen failed during your stay and that was replaced the same day. We cannot know when light bulbs fail. The problems you had were fixed promptly. The water heater in the bathroom is ok for the jacuzzi bath - it is not a hot tub so does not fill to the top. There is a separate water heater for the shower in the shower room. There is a clothes airer - not an electric clothes drier and perhaos this was lost in translation. The pool has a solar cover but this must be left on at night and during the day when not in use t help warm the water. I am pleased you still had a good stay.

Villa agréable, très grand séjour avec belle terrasse donnant sur la piscine.

Nice villa, good pool

Gedateerde villa met goede ligging
Publié le 27 août 2022 sur HomeAwayVilla is afgeleefd, we hebben al in veel mooiere villa’s verbleven voor deze prijs. Geen airco, harde matrassen, geen dampkap, … Zwembad is proper maar de afmetingen van het echte zwemgedeelte zijn kleiner dan vermeld.
We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad omdat we veel uitstappen hebben gedaan én door Bill de kat.

I am suprised to read your review - the beds ae quite new but mattresses depend on what people are used to back home. The huge bed in the master bedroom usually receives very positive comments as is a very good quality bed Air con is not usually needed but there are fans for really hot days. The villa is an older property which means much larger rooms than modern villas but all the bedroomed and dining room furniture etc was only replaced this year. We do not have a cat and it is not helpful if guests feed a cat which comes onto the property.

Relaxing stay with a well equipped Villa.
Leonna responded very quickly to solve a minor problem we had.

Basic Villa but did the job

The only thing is the toilet and bath in the en-suite sometimes we had problems with the water draining but not every day. It was in a lovely quiet location but only 12 euros in a taxi to the popular resorts of los cristianos and playa de las americas. Taxi was very quick with the number that we were provided in our welcome package. The only downfall for me personally is I have a really bad fear of cats and there was one cat that kept coming to the Villa several times a day which was a bit off putting. I know this is just a personal thing of mine because of my fear though. The owner was on hand to respond to answer any questions that we had if we couldn’t find the answers in the welcome pack. Overall a lovely stay. Thank you :-)

I am pleased you enjoyed your stay at the villa. You are the first person to mention a cat - as there are high walls around the property. I wonder if a previous guest was feeding the cat thus encouraging it which is never a good idea. I will see if we can put a deterrent on top of the wall.

Large Villa for family holiday
Publié le 17 févr. 2020 sur HomeAwayThe villa was a little out of the way from my favourite place-Los Cristianos so we got as taxi everyday for 12 euros each way.
The villa is large enough for a big family and is very well equipped for everything you need in a self catering holiday.
It is a bit tired looking, especially the kitchen worktops but the bed linen was very clean as were the towels.
English channels were a massive bonus, it was nice to chill out just like you would at home but with the added benefit of sunshine.
The garden and terrace were amazing however the pool was very cold. I don’t think the solar cover made it any warmer.
Overall, a very good value for money place to stay with your family with guaranteed sunshine,

I am pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay at the villa. I was a little surprised you said you found the villa a bit tired - especially as you emailed me to say what a wonderful place it was. The master suite has just had all new furniture and a new shower in the 2nd bathroom and the whole villa has only just been painted. I will certainly check out the worktops in the kitchen.
Regarding the pool - the solar cover has to be left on to heat the water when not in use and the maintaince man and the garden who came up to the villa said on all the occasions you were out but the pool cover was left off. It needs to be kept on when not in use and then it will heat the water up.
I am pleased to hear you still enjoyed the villa - guests are rebooking all the time and I look forward to welcoming you back.
Updated the solar pool cover has just been replaced so is now even more efficient on keeping the temperature up.
