grande maison agréable bien située

maison est idéalement située avec vue sur la piscine commune.
La
piscine et l’environnement sont parfaitement entretenus, Le restaurant est également très sympathique
La maison offre tout le confort, on peut juste regretter le manque de lave vaisselle et de machine à laver qui sont appréciable en vacances en famille.

Sunnydale villas
Publié le 9 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayNice and small holiday village. Villa ultra clean and perfect space for us, 2 couples. Great restaurant on-site, and also a good small shop. Personnel very kind and helpful. A bit of noise from aircraft from time to time. Overall a great relaxing stay.

Good points:
Great Location of the villa, lovely well tended complex, plenty of space and terraces around all 4 sides of the villa, good restaurant on site.
Not so good points:
No air con in the villa, only ceiling fans which made it unbearably hot and sleeping was difficult as a result. Loads of cockroaches in the villa on arrival at night, so big you could hear them scuttling around. It was 4 days before pest control could come out to fumigate the place. Beds were extremely uncomfortable too.
The communication with the owner was prompt and some of the issues were beyond his control but he was helpful.
Would return to the complex in a heartbeat but would not stay in this villa again.

The complex gardens get fumigated at Wyndham Residencies twice per year, and it is true that some cockroaches try to get into the homes, in our case we were unlucky. The matter was dealt with as quickly as was possible - it's impossible to get the fumigator company to come at short notice or over the weekend.
The villa does not and has never stated that it has aircon, but it does have some excellent silent ceiling fans to keep you cool, and tbh, this is the first time I have had been told that the beds are uncomfortable but hey hoe.
Hazel was also under the impression that maids were coming to make their beds and clean the floor for them during their stay - why?, I do not know. Mid-stay clean can be arranged, but the cost is 40 euros for fresh linen, towels and a clean
I think Hazel and her sister are better suited to hotel accommodation, and perhaps living in a detached villa is not for them.

Great place great location

It was soo close to the pool and bar.
Perfect!
We all enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely fabulous property and location
Publié le 29 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family, teenagers and oldies, all had the most fantastic time. Location could not be better, with so many great onsite facilities and Alex home is wonderful, has everything for a great holiday. Recommend highly ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

Wonderful villa

We had nothing to complain about at all.

Fantastic all around
Publié le 25 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat apartment and great location as a 30 second walk to the pool and bar! Great communication with Alex the owner. We stayed for a golf trip which two courses are only a few minutes away. Will definitely stay again!!
