Absolutely horrible stay. Do not book!

Absolutely horrible stay, disgusting stay & even worse service. Should have know this was going to be a disastrous stay the night before, the property manager emailed stating there was a plumbing issue with the upstairs bathroom but was hopefully getting fixed. At this point I should have said we were cancelling & to refund us! We checked in & there was sewage smell which the plumbers came to try & fix but the smell was there throughout our stay. The pool was dirty, they claimed it wasn't.The fountain that is nicely shown on the pictures was switched off for most of our stay, apparently as it was too noisy for previous guests. I dont understand this as it only runs for 15 minutes after you press the button. Anyways, this only worked for 2 days. Although the listing states you can pay €30/day to heat the pool, you cannot as it doesn't work. I asked for a refund the first day & was told I could only get 15% back.If I wanted to make further complaint I had to wait 48 hours as the next day was a public holiday. I was told that i "chose" to continue staying at the villa, but if you're checked in & only being offered15% of nearly €1500 what should i do. We spent little time in the villa because of the smell. When we checked out they said a parasol's stitching was ripped & a freezer drawer cracked so were charging over €500, we didn't do any of this. Villa is extremely dated, many things don't work or are broken. This villa is a con & simply do not book. AVOID!

The property is excellent and really well suited for kids. The slide, trampoline and pool are an excellent combo :). The nearby beach (La Nea) is great and not too crowded, and having Carrefour nearby is very convenient. Overall, we would definitely go back. There were some small problems, the electrics for the outdoors and the pool didn't work well (although the property managers came quickly to help fix them, they broke again the following day). The coffee maker and dryer don't work and the property could due with a new set of dishes...especially some for the kids. Also the dishwasher could use a repair and the 'tree house' hasn't been cleaned recently. But these were small issues and we would definitely recommend others to visit and we ourselves are likely to come back again.

Fantástica villa!

La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable. El anfitrión siempre estuvo pendiente en caso de que necesitáramos algo. La piscina de la villa es perfecta para los niños y además tiene una vista preciosa al mar.

Constant Electrical Issues & Poor Property Management

Electrical systems in the house are complex and not safe, simply moving the treadmill safety cord results in electrical outages in several rooms. Two rooms without power for no reason, fuse box not accessible...almost every day constant emails about the electrical systems in the property. Notification 9 days after we leave about disputed damage with one WhatsApp photo, then just billed our card is terrible from the managing agents.

Dear Melissa, We are highly surprised by your comment. When leaving you broke a marble furniture, we sent you the budget for fixing it and also several pictures as you requested. During the check out, you didn't inform us about the damage, which we would have appreciated, and just left. The problem with the electricity was solved on the first day.
