Hi Felix, Thank you for leaving a review. We are sorry you experienced an issue with the cold temperatures. We have spoken with your host, and would like to address the points you have made. There is a municipal law throughout Italy where heating inside properties is restricted in the summer months. After you contacted your host, they switched the boiler on for you, despite these restrictions being in place. The boiler was running all night. After you had departed the property, they discovered the room temperatures were at 20° and the windows left open. We kindly request that guests inform their hosts if they decide to leave the property earlier than expected, so that the host has the opportunity to re-let it to other guests. We are saddened that this did not happen here. As you are aware from your communication with us, we continue to try and resolve this matter positively for all parties concerned.
