We were unable to stay at this hotel… Upon arriving we were told that there was a push button light for the bathroom… When I say this was an Amazon $5 light I’m not kidding it had zero function! It’s meant for a closet that may even be too big enough space for it, not in a bathroom where slips and falls can cause serious harm so good lighting is essential.
It doesn’t end there, there was a roach box in the middle of the floor, extension cords streamed across the room and the most horrid smell ever.
They reluctantly issued a refund for our stay and made it very known they were not happy about having to do it. The only is the location, right off the freeway with a some good and local food options.

Publié le 21 juin 2022 sur HotelsDidn't have hot water for a shower. Didn't know I had to have $25 cash on hand for a deposit. I had to walk a quarter of a mile to the station to use ATM.. The hotel was very old and run down. The staff was friendly.

I apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations. We will check the hot water system-it usually works very well. The $25 deposit is noted in our listing- I'm sorry you didn't see it prior. We have had storm damage and are working hard to improve and repair but it takes time. I hope you will consider us in the future.

The owners/operators are really trying hard to turn this property around, not doubt about it. They were friendly and tried their best.
However, it's an old, dated property. Most of the light bulbs were out which turned it into a really dark, spooky place.
The room itself felt and smelled slightly musky.
There is no elevator - if you are disabled and/or have a hard time walking and climbing stairs, ask for a room on the ground floor. Which was not available for us.
The dryer was out of order.

The exterior of the building upstairs was very dark. Walking up and down the stairs in the middle corridors was dangerous.

“Non smoking room” booked. Smelled like cigarettes. Pretty bad.
