They were sold out and we had to get a fan due to our air being brokrn. It was over 80 yesterday so it was unbearable and couldn’t sleep. We booked through you so we couldn’t get a refund or discount.

Susanne,I sincerely apologize that the A/C unit in your room had an issue during your stay. I understand that must have been uncomfortable. Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and I apologize for failing to meet your expectations. A refund has been issued. The staff was very friendly. Both the night and the day staff. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and smelled nice when we got in. Beds were comfortably. It was a great stay for the night.

The staff is awsome, the rooms are clean, location is decent for many local activities. Great breakfast hot an cold. Free parking..many Amenities.

Decent hotel. Lobby and elevator somewhat scuffed and old. But overall okay.
