The first room we received had an odor and the blow dryer did not work. The staff was very kind and gave us another room.

Two hours in my reservation and my kids are sleep and something bites me on my shoulder and when I look OMG they have the biggest bed bugs I've ever seen my kids were all bitten when I woke my kids up to get off the bed there were so many of the bugs under my daughter I've never seen any thing like that my son was bit on his eyelid and is swollen shut worst experience in my life at any hotel never stay there and they refused to give me my refund

In regards to the refund mentioned, a refund has already been issued and takes 7-10 business days to reflect in the cardholders account, if it is not reflecting your account after that time please reach out to your bank. Please know that at Red Roof we work with a Pest Control company who regularly treats the property for pests as is standard in the industry. Crickets, lots of them dead and living. They said they are treating for them, but walking into my room with dead ones on the floor was disturbing. They should have at least prepared our room by sweeping the dead ones up before we arrived.
