LEVANTE, is a newly built semi-detached house with swimming pool for exclusive use and with a breathtaking view over the entire Bay of Foxi Manna.

With its 8 beds, it is the ideal accommodation for groups of young people and families who want to spend their holidays together without sacrificing space and comfort. The house is completely new, furnished with taste and elegance, without giving up the functionality of all spaces.
The villa in fact has 4 bedrooms, of which 1 double on the ground floor with a super view of the swimming pool and with sea view and 2 other double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed in the basement, 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is on the ground floor and 1 in the basement and a super-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and kettle. The bedrooms in the basement do not have a view of the garden or the sea, but still have large windows that allow the rooms to be bright and airy. From the living-dining room you can instead enjoy a breathtaking view from a large window, you will feel like touching the sea with your finger !!!

Dogs are welcome but it is absolutely forbidden that they enter the swimming pool in order not to damage the motors of the swimming pool.

Highlight of our trip
This place was absolutely beautiful, not to mention clean, functional, and relaxing.The A/C units worked like magic (which was not the case in other places we stayed) and the pool with the incredible view was one of the most memorable parts of our trip. When we return to Sardegna in the future, we will definitely try to stay here.

Great place
Fantastic villa very clean and everything you could need. Well stocked kitchen 5 mins to local shop , people are great. View is stunning so if you want a quiet great week it’s perfect , rural location with steep hill but we loved the villa it is beautiful and we would definitely stay again , highly recommended if you just want a relaxing week and beaches very close by and if you drive 30 mins up the road even more great beaches

Fantastic Villa with an amazing view!
We booked this property very late and hoped them at the photographs were pretty accurate. When we arrived we were so pleased with what we found, the reality was even better than the photos. We were met by Stefania who showed us around and explained how things worked (thank God for Google Translate). The facilities are excellent, it has everything you could possibly need and all the equipment is like new. The property was also very clean, there are three double bedrooms and one room with bunk beds, each room had its own Smart TV and Air Conditioning unit. The view is second to none, it was a pleasure to look out on the bay each day. The pool was perfect and the outside space had plenty of room. The access to the property is a bit tricky and if you have mobility issues you would need a car, but we enjoyed the challenge of the hill each day ha,ha!! Thank you to Maria who kept in contact with us and was a great help in answering our queries and arranging things for us, including a few days car hire. We will definitely return to this beautiful property and charming area, and would recommend anybody looking for an amazing villa, beautiful views and a quite and relaxing time.

We had a fantastic time in a great house and pool! Beach nearby, small supermarkt nearby, but ofher beaches, bigger supermarkt and (water)activities are further away. You have to drive for at least 30 minutes.

Ein Bijou der Extraklasse
Das Haus ist wunderbar, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und modern. Alles da, was nötig ist, Waschmaschine, Gasgrill, Backofen, Gasherd, Mikrowelle. Klimagerät in jedem Zimmer. Und ein phantastischer Pool. Wir fühlten uns zwei Wochen sehr wohl. Viele herzlichen Dank den Gastgebern.

Unvergessliche Ferienwoche in einem absoluten Traumhaus mit Panoramablick auf die Bucht Foxi Mann
Das Haus hat 2 Stockwerke – EG: 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 Nasszelle mit Dusche/WC, Wohnbereich mit Küche; UG: 3 Schlafzimmer (2x mit Doppelbett, 1x mit Kajütenbett), 1 Nasszelle mit Dusche/WC, 1 Reduit mit Waschmaschine. Das Haus ist perfekt geeignet für 8 Personen und sieht in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner aus, als auf den publizierten Fotos. Die Küche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Ein riesiger Weber-Grill steht auf der Terrasse beim Pool (ideale Größe, Wassertiefe ca. 1.50 m). Vor dem Haus (beim Eingang) hat es einen Unterstellplatz für einen PW sowie eine kleine Spielfläche (Kunstrasen mit Tischtennis-Tisch). Das Haus war sehr sauber und in jedem Raum (ausser den beiden Nasszellen) mit je einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Aussicht vom Schlafzimmer im EG sowie von der Pool-Terrasse aus ist einmalig: man sieht die gesamte Bucht von Foxi Manna! Rundherum entstehen weitere Häuser, die sich aktuell im Bau befinden. Lärm von diesen Baustellen bemerkten wir jedoch nicht. Die Zufahrt ist über eine Art «Schotterstrasse». Zwingend erst die zweite Strasse mit Beschilderung (Levante und La Baia) vor dem Restauraunt al Molo da Costantino nehmen! Im Ort selber hat es wenige Restaurants und 2 kleinere Supermärkte. Ansonsten ist nicht wirklich viel los. Der Strand von Foxi Manna ist in etwa 3 – 5 Fahrminuten gut erreichbar (genügend kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden). Der Austausch mit der Vermietung (vielen Dank Maria für alles!) verlief immer sehr herzlich!

Awesome accommodation
Wonderful and clean accommodation with an excellent view to the beach ,forest and mountains. The accommodation is perfectly equipped. Garden and pool are frequently cleaned up. Host Maria was very responsive and gave us a lot of recommendations.Only negative points are the constructions sides nearby but at least it wasn't loud so it didn't bother us that much. The evironment is not touristic so if you look for activiries you will.probably have to drive some kilometres. However we would highly recommend this accomodation. We had a wonderful time in Sardinia and we will probably come back. Thanks a lot to Maria for your hospitality

Tolles Haus mit wunderschönem Blick
Das Haus ist mit seinen 4 Schlafzimmern (3x mit Doppelbett, 1x mit Hochbett) und 2 Bädern perfekt geeignet für max 2 Familien. Die Küche ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man benötigt. Ein Weber-Grill steht auf der Terrasse bereit. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe, außerdem gibt es 4 Liegen und bequeme Lounge-Möbel. Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Das einzige Manko ist die „Straße“ zum Haus, die ziemlich steil und nicht asphaltiert ist. Bei Regen vermutlich nicht befahrbar.

Eine traumhafte Woche im Ferienhaus Levante
Wir haben uns von der Ankunft bis zur letzten Sekunde im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Den Ausblick auf das Meer konnten wir jederzeit genießen. Im Haus sind alle möglichen Dinge, welche man brauchen könnte, vorhanden. Die Raumaufteilung ist perfekt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir konnten leider den Grill nicht benutzen, weil es im Umland wenig und begrenzte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Wir hätten sehr gern Fisch gegrillt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Unterkunft für Familien
Die Ferienwohnung war großzügig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles geboten, was man sich für einen entspannten Urlaub wünscht. Es ist nur wenige Minuten bis zum Strand, welcher wenig überlaufen und sauber ist. Auch in wenigen Fahrminuten ist man in einem Wandergebiet, was unglaublich tolle Routen und Ausblicke ermöglicht.

Baustelle vor und hinter dem Objekt.
Leider muss ich mit großem Bedauern hier meine Unzufriedenheit mitteilen. Das oben genannte Objekt entsprich absolut der Beschreibung und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand! Aber in dem Zeitraum vom 29.04-12.05.22 war vor und hinter dem Objekt einegrosse Baustellen mit sehr viel Lärm und sehr viel Dreck! Die schöne Aussicht wurde durch Bagger und Zementmaschinen gestört. Leider habe ich bis zum heutigen Tage sowohl vom Vermieter als auch von Fewo-Direkt keine Antwort bzgl. meiner Reklamation erhalten, obwohl ich mich unmittelbar während und nach meinem Urlaub die Umstände gemeldet habe, ganz schlecht Abwicklung. 4500.- Euro für 14 Tage krach, da hätte ich mir wenigstens eine kleine Entschädigung gewünscht. Vielleicht bekomme ich über diesen Wege noch mal eine Antwort? Stefan Brose

Traumhafte Villa
Wir als 5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder durften eine Woche Urlaub in dieser tollen Villa verbringen. Es wurde auf sämtliche Wünsche wirklich herzlich eingegangen und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Tolles Haus und herausragende Betreuung durch Maria. Wir waren außerhalb der Saison in dem Ort. Ein sehr ruhiger und gemütlicher Ort. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist etwas holprig aber trotzdem gut zu erreichen. Viele Grüße

Toller Urlaub mit grandiosem Panorama
Die Buchung war einfach und komplikationslos, der Kontakt von Beginn an bis Ende zu jederzeit herzlich, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine Wucht. Alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und absolut zum Wohlfühlen. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen und entsprach zudem 100% der Beschreibung. Das Grundstück, der Pool und der Panoramablick auf die Bucht war unbeschreiblich schön! Zusammengefasst: Ein toller, erholsamer Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Luxushaus. Schade, dass Urlaubszeit gefühlt immer so schnell vorbei ist.

Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni domanda. Villa bellissima e moderna con vista spettacolare sulla baia di Tertenia. La villa é dotata di ogni conforto, piscina molto bella con lettini moderni e comodi. La villa si trova in altura ed è raggiungibile tramite una strada sterrata. Per arrivare a Foxi Manna é necessario attraversare un piccolo passo lungo circa 10 km. La strada é in ottime condizioni. Tutto in tutto abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza in una villa bellissima. Possiamo solo raccomandarla!
