Nice place - Would stay again

Condo was perfect for us. Clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, and easy access to ski slopes. We walked to Moose Creek chairlift and took the shuttle to the base.

We VRBO a lot, and communication with the property manager on the day of check-in important: directions, parking, early-check-in, door codes, etc. Although the property was immaculate, we couldn’t check in until 4pm despite it being evident that the unit was both vacant and already cleaned. I would entirely understand if the unit was occupied by cleaners rushing from a recent check out. Most frustrating was that the property manager, despite numerous calls and texts over several hours, did not reach out to give us the door codes until AFTER the time of check in. My family of three young kids and my wife and I were left waiting in the parking lot for nearly an hour waiting. Also of note, I accidentally found out that the door code to the unit directly below us was the same as our unit. That is odd. In addition, it is not ski in-ski out.

We want to personally apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the check-in process and the delay in our response. While we can see that our team got back to you 1 hour after you initially reached out, we understand how important it is for our guests to feel welcomed upon arrival, especially after a long travel day. We are truly sorry for the trouble this caused your family. Our standard check-in time is 4:00 pm, and we have a thorough two-part process to ensure the unit is ready for guests. After our cleaning team finishes their work, our inspections team checks the unit to ensure everything is in order. Once this process is complete, the access code is activated for guests. We immediately reached out to our inspections team upon receiving your message, and as soon as we heard back, we granted you access to the unit. Our digital locks are programmed to be activated at standard check-in time and we will adjust this for early check-ins if we are notified by our inspections team that the home is ready prior to 4:00 pm. Outpost does communicate everything regarding check-in, door codes, and other pertinent information beforehand via our guest portal. We would like to note that we did send you your check-in instructions 3 months prior to your stay as well as the day before. It is certainly strange that the unit below had the same door code as all of our guest codes are customized to their information. We will be sure to check our lock system just in case. We also apologize for any confusion about the property being ski-in/ski-out. This is not advertised on the listing, however, in the description, we note that there is access to the complimentary ski shuttle. Overall, we are disappointed that we did not provide you with a seamless experience. Please let us know if you ever return to the area. Great mountain option

We recently stayed for a week to kick off winter skiing season and enjoyed our stay! Parking was easy and the shuttle stop right in front of the building was a perfect way to get to the base.

Short stay to see the tetons

The condo was very spacious for 3. I was disappointed with being delayed by an hour getting into our rental. Funnily, the management tells us they’ll charge $100 if we’re late leaving, not quite fair. Our key code did not work which caused more delay getting in. There was not a good map of the property or description of pool usage which I thought was part of our rental.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice but could have been a little cleaner. It also could use some more eating utensils. There was only 1 small spoon. We loved having access to the pool across the street. Overall a great stay.

Great location, close to resort and park

The condo was well kept and the kitchen was well stocked for family meals. Outpost did a great job communicating prior to our trip and even checked in with us during our stay. Having the pool nearby was a pleasant surprise, the location was great for access to the resort and a quick drive into the park. We liked being on the top floor, but the walk-up could be hard for some with heavy luggage.

Really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed an extra night because of how much we enjoyed staying here! It was clean and cozy, high ceiling and open living room gave you the cozy vibe to hang out with the family and watch a movie to unwind from active days of exploring the area. Saw some wildlife including a moose walking around the area too!
