I book 20 trips a year on Expedia. This was by far the worst experience we have had in many many years. I am good at at judging the photos and marketing material and determining whether the property is in good shape, but the photos far exceeded the condition of the property, it was run down and tacky. even so the location was lovely. I did book 2 rooms but Our rooms couldn’t have been further apart. I was traveling with my elderly parents, which made it very inconvenient, their room was loud and they were unable to sleep. No attempt was made to help or any service recovery.th rotten cherry on top was the staff and service I’ve never had worse staff or service in my life!!! Spa and restaurant staff are excluded from there. They were fabulous, friendly, and really made the that experience ok.
