We were treated at checkin as if we shouldn’t be staying there

We were disappointed in this expensive property- small cramped room, dirty window, noisy AC, tub drained slowly, the room was cleaned even with Do not disturb sign in the door, on exit we had to wait for the elevator as it opened twice with staff using it for laundry and trash.

Great property and service.
I think their restaurant services can be improved.
They could also consider providing breakfast.

The lodge is amazing. My only negative is the sandalwood fragrance they pump into all the common areas. It is unnecessary and for most causes challenges with breathing and migraines. I couldn’t wait to go outside.
