Publié le 24 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property is in a great position. It’s very dated and not changed over 11 years. Cleanliness is poor and the kitchen especially needs attention. The sofa is old and stained. Also bed sheets are old and marked. Had to ask for more mugs as there were only 7 for 12 adults. Great position but needs to be updated throughout.

Brilliant family holiday!
Publié le 12 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat villa with a fabulous pool. Well located for access to the beaches and town but a bit of an uphill walk home! Moraira was lovely, although getting out of it wasn't easy without a big taxi fare, would recommend having a car.

Not What It Appears
Publié le 22 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayFirst, we had a great holiday. The managers BTB where fantastic the few issues we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The location was good and Moraira is a great little town.
However, the Villa is old and very worn and in desparate need of a refubishment, this is not apparent from the particulars. Also, the Villa is not suitable for young children or people with mobility issues due to the many steps without handrails, again this is not apparent from the particulars.

Great villa and location, a few details could improve
Publié le 15 sept. 2021 sur HomeAwayThis villa is obviously for very large groups, whereas we were only 4 people. The pool is great. The little things - checkin you have to drive 15km north yet it’s just a key box entry, there was literally nothing basic supplied salt, pepper, olive oil, wash up liquid, soap. Almost no pans for the oven. No oven gloves. Really cheap crockery. Dishwasher needed a good cleaning as it wasn’t cleaning the dishes. It could be amazing with some attention to details and far fewer “preaching” signs, like on/off written on the light fittings. Probably because it’s designed for large groups. All that aside it’s a fab location, short walk to town it was overall very good.
