I attempted to get a refund prior to our stay because the hotel was a little far from the venue of the wedding we were going to. We were told no refund. We decided to just make it work rather than lose our money and arrived the check in a little after midnight. We had three people in line in front of us all being told the same thing, there were no more rooms- they had overbooked themselves by 6 rooms for that night. We waited in a line of angry people trying to figure out what to do with themselves for 45 minutes before it was our turn to talk to someone. We were told we could sleep in a room that had an ozone machine running that was previously thought to be unavailable, that everyone in front of us had turned down, and that we would be refunded for our trouble. We have yet to be contacted about the refund. I believe the girls in the front did their best, and were put in an unfortunate situation, and i did appreciate their attempts to accommodate us. If i had been given the refund on my first request, this all could have been avoided. I found the whole situation very unprofessional.

When we arrived there appeared to be two young women trying to run the entire hotel, including checking people in and serving customers at the attached bar. They were helpful and patient but the hotel was understaffed and the lines were long. We tried to pay for some snacks and were told to just take them because of the length of the line. The hotel itself was clean and quiet and very nice.

Great place.

The gentleman at checkin was very kind and friendly; no complaints to at all.

Normally happy with this hotel, been here several times. Disappointed in welcome and room was not stocked well for two days
