Travelocity screwed up my booking. I had to pay a second time to get my room. When time allows, I will have to wrestle my money back.

The guy at the front desk was not welcoming at all. He addressed my husband but totally ignored me. We didn’t get much rest due roof replacement on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. How inconvenient! We should have moved to another hotel like some of the other guests.

Noisy from motorcycle gang playing loud music and blocking entrance, felt scared and unsafe, ignored by front desk staff. Will NEVER make another reservation at this location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My family and I stayed 1 night here recently and this was our experience. All in all, it just wasn’t clean, ready for guests, or comfortable. Cleaning crew left out an ironing board and didn’t remove personal cloths hangers left from previous guests on back of restroom door. Light fixtures in bathroom were super rusted and dusty. Shower curtain rod was broken and barely holding on. Shower head was crusted up with minerals. Phone in room was inoperable, so I couldn’t contact the front desk without going downstairs. We also had crusted food stuck in the carpet in plain view right in front of the couch. Pillows were small, flimsy, and useless. Breakfast was just a prepackaged carb fest. Super disappointed in the price paid vs what this hotel property delivered.
