Hotels.com SUCKS !!! customer service is BAD

Your firm over booked the site, It took me 2 phone calls and over 75 minutes to get a new reservation at a different hotel, and that was all on you, and when you booked the new hotel it was not near where i was, and also you booked me into a hotel and did not use my name , you booked me in as John Henninger , my name is David Bagley . i had to fil out forms to get checked in and i had to share my personal info and credit card on a form because their integral internet was down. ALL IN ALL - i had a terrible experience with you and your service !!!!!

Everything you might need!

It was great! Clean room. Coffee for brewing. Popcorn for popping. Large refrigerator that produces ice. Dishes for preparing food. I will stay here again!

I don’t like that they told me they only clean the room every 7 days I check in on a Tuesday my check out time was Sunday so I spent 5 days there so the 3rd day I called them to ask when do they clean our room because I trash was running over we needed tissue and towels and plus we wanted our sheets changed so when I call the front desk I was told they only clean once a week I didn’t like that answer so I ask if i could I get my trash changed some towels and tissue so they did do that when I ask

We had easy checkin for an overnight stay. Room is spacious and price very reasonable. No dog smells. Carpet must be pretty clean because our dogs did not do a lot of sniffing around in the room.
