The staff was EXTREMELY nice and very hospitable. Breakfast was a hit and parking was good. Cleanliness: my bed wasn’t clean. There was food when I pulled the sheet back. The bathroom had hair it.

The bathroom wasn’t real clean. The adjacent room had a loud tv.

Overpriced
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsChecking in around 7 p.m. no one was at the front desk. A person came around from the breakfast area. She was not overly friendly.
At breakfast the pancake maker didn’t work. A staff member finally got it to work. She was quite friendly.
The selection for breakfast was good.
There was a smell of sewer in the lobby area, very unpleasant. The TV didn’t work. Maybe the batteries were low? The “message” light was lit on the phone, but no message. The shower curtain was put in the wrong way we had to change it. Outside of the front entrance cigarette buds all over the place. It hadn’t been sweeped for some time. The pool was empty! Disappointing, since it was hot and we could not use the pool.

Giving this property an average rating due too, our toilet not flushing properly and also because we drove 2 hours and my daughter was so excited to get to swim once we got there just to get checked in and them tell us the pool is under construction.. She had talked about it the whole ride up. That should be on the websites.

Okay stay.
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HotelsThis is an okay stay. We were in town for one night. The hotel isn’t bad but it will eventually need an upgrade/remodel. Complimentary breakfast was fresh and hot.
One thing I didn’t care for nor understand was the fact that we only had 2 washcloths in our bathroom. Spoke with the front desk and she stated that they only put 2 in the bathrooms. Ive never heard of that before.
Disclaimer: I took these pictures as we were checking out which is why the bed isn’t made. Again, this was an okay stay it just needs some upgrades.

It is a great hotel to do a quick stop feeling safe and clean with a good breakfast and employees that are helpful and knowledgeable.

Dog poop on the elevator. Dead cockroach in the kitchen area. Downstairs bathroom torn apart
