Gross and disappointing

I was asked one bed or two and I said one for myself and my husband then I was told I couldn’t have 1 bed I had to have 2. Ok no problem however the room was absolutely disgusting. The floors were covered in grease the beds were clearly made with filthy linens. Holes all over the pillows comforters the beds etc. They stunk and were disgusting stains all over. Who knows the last time they were changed and or washed. Roaches all over the place. We took our bags back out to our vehicle to keep from taking them back to our house. The towels were still damp when rolled and put away and stunk when I tried to use them. Shower was pathetic no water pressure and the faucet leak had better pressure than the shower head. Overall not worth the money we spent. They were more worried about if my dog was clean. I hardly slept due to feeling like things were crawling on me after watching bugs crawl on the floor and walls. This is clearly not a family room or motel from the guests that were hanging outside and off the balcony. Honking all night from cars pulling in and out of the parking lot. Definitely disappointed in the entire stay. If we had more hours to drive with our drive log we would have found somewhere else and just been out the cost of the room.

please do not stay. There is full of thugs and drug dealers It is dangerous.

My reservation clearly stated a King nonsmoking room. At check in, the gentleman insisted that I had reserved a King smoking room……only because in reality he had no nonsmoking kings available. He said that he could give me a nonsmoking room with 2 Queen beds. In reality, it was 2 full size beds. Half of the lights in the room did not work. The room was hot and stinky. The remote was literally broken. The shower curtain was moldy. The safety latch on the door was basically holding on by one screw. The hotel residents kept us up all night by loitering in the parking lot and revving up motorcycle engines. We were just traveling through and needed a quick night’s rest. I truly wished that we would have just kept driving.

Checking in was quick and no problem. Had to switch rooms because I think Willie Nelson and Bob Marley had been partying there for the week prior ☺️
