Not a great experience, mold on the bed. Yes mold. Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned somebody’s earrings were on the floor hair all over the sink. Left within 10 mins. The lady before me switched rooms because there was “blood on the sheets”.

The checking was very easy and the guy was nice upon getting into the room. I turned the AC on it immediately started leaking. I started the jet tub within 30 minutes of the jet tub running. There was so much dirt and builder that came out of it. It was disgusting and then there was crackheads outside for a good bitten out of the night. I just did not feel safe, leaving my truck out there and check that immediately

I received a call from Best Western on the drive to Galveston --------saying our reservation was canceled for the night ------due to roof leaks!!! Had to scramble to book another hotel!!! Not a happy camper!!!!
