A perfect place for a weekend getaway
Publié le 10 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayTranquil and peaceful, are two words that come to mind. The lack of internet and spotty cell service are actually a blessing. The chairs by the fire pit, the hammock, and all of the furniture placement for that matter help make you comfortable and at peace. This place definitely helped my wife and I celebrate our anniversary in the best way possible.

Beautiful
Publié le 1 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay was very peaceful. We did encounter scorpions in our cabin so we were unable to enjoy the hot tub and had to cut our stay short by half a day but it was a good time Host gifted us wine and pumpkin bread which was so delicious and a nice surprise!

Oh Rebecca I'm so sorry there were scorpions in the cabin. They are part of the hill country and we do our best to keep them out of the cabins with quarterly pest control, but rarely they come in looking for water. I've already contacted our service to come back for an extra treatment. I am glad to know that you enjoyed your stay otherwise!

Hill Country Getaway
Publié le 27 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayLocation was conveniently located between the “mountains” of Garner and Lost Maples. So peaceful and relaxing after a day of hiking at the parks. We would love to return to this great find. It was everything and more for a perfect getaway.

Peaceful & Remote

Wonderful and relaxing

Perfect unplugged getaway

The scenery was stunning, the facility was comfortable, and inviting, the room was cozy and felt like it was meant for us. We absolutely loved being here and cannot wait to return. We spent an extended weekend, traveling back-and-forth toward Utopia and Concan. One day we even went over and spent the day on the Nueces river. All easy drives with absolutely stunning scenery. I just cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thank you so much for sharing.
