**Smoking Policy:**

* **No smoking is permitted inside any buildings.**
* We offer several designated outdoor smoking areas, including the covered patio, fire pit areas, and patios. Please feel free to use these spaces.

**Grill and Firewood:**

* The propane grill is available for your use. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane as needed. Refills can be purchased at the local CTS gas station or Dollar General. Please ensure the grill is turned off and cleaned after Each use to respect all guest use .

* Firewood is guest-supplied. Sticks and limbs on the property found on the property are free to use. Firewood can be purchased at the coffee stand located at the corner of the property, or at grocery stores in Gainesville.
Please keep all fires contained within the provided fire pit. Please do not leave fire unattended or on light on days of high wind.
