Great amenities, good service and lovely room. The dinner buffet had a wonderful grilled selection, but the breakfast could be improved. The floor in the room was a bit dirty and the door had a little trouble closing.

The staff were really top-notch. I received wonderful service from everyone at reception and the spa in particular. I did not use the bar/cafe myself, but my traveling companion did and the service she received seemed excellent. Servers during breakfast and dinner seemed harried and often forgot to bring the drinks we ordered. I found it surprising that we had to pay for water at dinner, considering we had purchased halfboard. Location of resort is a short walking distance to Potos, where there are lots of shops and outside dining opportunities.

I loved the cleaning ladies were checking my room 2 times a day - changing towels and tidying. The breakfast is absolutely mind blowing- is a buffet with a wide range of products (cheese/yoghurt based many of them) - vegetarian trends (fresh) which for me is great. The coffee included with the breakfast could be a better quality and less panicked staff when get close to 10 am ( when the breakfast is finishing) as they can be at times impolite and rude - so maybe some training for customer care would help. The towels could be in a better condition also. Except that, i did enjoy a great stay with you guys - love the layouts, views, drinks, pool bar crew and beach crew

Very beautiful Hotel ,overall very good job from the Hotel staff.Very nice breakfast,nice choice of drinks and snacks in the pool bar.Beach bar also very good.The average point was only the dinner in the main restaurant.Rooms very nice and clean.Also the Spa area ,and the personal very nice and friendly.

The resort was really good and the room as well but we couldn’t sleep!!! The room was bright and we requested some additional curtains but they didn’t have. Also we chosen the room with the indoor pool but it wasn’t possible to use the pool as it’s not heated and the water was super cold
