Très bel hotel avec un super restaurant

Pour : La cuisine , la chambre , le spa
Contre : Remise d une facture au départ même si réservation par internet car c est utile pour les frais comptables
Emplacement : Quartier calme
Très bon séjour , chambre confortable , spa agréable et cuisine délicieuse au restaurant , parking spacieux et gratuit , bref je recommande cet établissement à tous.

Staff and facilities excellent

Stayed one night ( but have stayed before) a great place for a stop off in Newbury. Very comfortable, friendly staff and a great breakfast

Had lovely stay. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Room clean throughout. Staff friendly and helpful.

Stayed for 2 nights with friends.
Room was large with a comfortable bed, a coffee table and 2 chairs, a dressing table and bath with shower overhead.
All very clean.
Housekeeping replaced towels & made the bed.
Room had a safe but this appeared not to work.
An iron & ironing board in the wardrobe.
We were on the 3rd floor so room was warm but a fan was provided in the room.
The lift was out of action.
We used the swimming pool and towels were provided.
You do need a £1 coin for the lockers.
Breakfast was very fresh, hot and lots of choice.
We ate dinner the 1st night which was nice.
We would recommend this hotel.
