Lady at front desk had an attitude. Claimed we didn’t have a reservation. Room had a musky odor, but seemed clean, beds were pretty comfortable, good hot shower. Room was spacious. At $150 a night I expected more than a breakfast comparable to what you get at motel 6. Place has potential with a little work.

Room was not clean. The linens needed replacement long ago. The staff seemed annoyed we were even there.

Old hotel and worn out. AC didn't work and mouse droppings in the room. Staff was friendly but not well dressed.

Room had a musty smell. A/c didn’t function properly and poor lighting in the bathroom.

We got there after a funeral and the room smelled like mildew. then the bed was not comfortable. we wake up to roachs on the nite stand on my husbands cpap machine and in the bathtub. i move my husbands dirty clothes from the floor and 2 more roaches ran out from under them.

Good afternoon, we do not have any roaches in our property as we are taken care of often by our pest control company. They would have been brought in with a bag only. We have never ever seen them in that room. No other complaints about it ever!

Good and bad

Great location and set up! Our room was very nice and spacious, but the mattresses were a little firm for my preferences. And it looked like someone had cleaned recently, but my feet got a bit dirty walking around, so they might have needed to sweep again after cleaning. The continental breakfast was just bad. There was plenty of food, but everything tasted stale, especially the cereal. And there was cold water in the hot water container. Hopefully they'll improve the breakfast soon.

Thank you for your feedback. Did you let anyone know while you were on property? We have not received any cereal stale complaints as they get used often and refilled fresh daily. All of our breakfast items are refilled daily. We appreciate you staying with us. Our staff works really hard every day to provide a great stay for our guests.
