Easy Efficient and Relaxing

We have been coming up to Blue Mountain for years... this was the first time we stayed at your property and although the weather wasn't the best the day we arrived and the day we left it was a wonderful experience after all! The place was clean and tidy. Instructions for getting to the property were very easy to follow. Will definitely book again.

There was a pile of dirt on the air conditioner. Moldy hard coffee in the maker, garbage in dresser

Doors didn’t open until exactly 4pm while it was pouring rain. There was dirt piled on the AC unit, the fridge door wouldn’t stay closed once opened. Couldn’t use the coffee maker because it was full of hardened gross coffee grinds from probably several months ago. There was beer boxes shoved behind the dresser. The cleaning fee that is charged with the booking clearly isn’t being used. For what I was charged plus the cleaning fee I expected better.

Hi Melanie I am sorry to hear you had such an unpleasant experience. That’s certainly not the standard that we strive for, and not the experience we want to give our guests. Our door locks are time controlled so that we can give each guest the security of knowing they are the only ones with a code to get in, I do apologize that what we hope gives guests an added sense of security negatively effected your stay. In terms of the cleanliness all I can say is that I’m sorry. You certainly shouldn’t have found the property in that condition, that’s well below the standard we expect. Ian

Good location but old loft

The lofts are well situated but the building, furniture are well used and old. The carpets and furniture are well worn. Booking the place was confusing. One has to go through Vrbo then property rental management websites. To finalize the booking we had to call both Websites. The process took several days.
