Great spot for ski in/ski out

Disappointing Vacation to Blue Mountains
Publié le 4 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayDuring our stay there were multiple issues regarding the property. The cleanliness of the unit was disappointing. The quality of the unit was low and extremely outdated. The appliances were very old, the stove temperature was extremely inaccurate which caused food to be wasted. the bathtub was leaking underneath and the jacuzzi option was extremely loud, sounding like it was ready to explode. The windows and blinds did not function. the furniture on the patio was old and falling apart. the rain downfall on the patio was also broken and hanging loosely in the way. Tiles on the floor in the unit were broken, the heat in the bathroom didn't work. The kitchen utensil supply is very limited. The fireplace was faulty. Overall property does not reflect the overall cost. There were recycling bins in the unit but nowhere to drop off. The noise from partying in adjacent units is excessive and although the ad makes it sound like there are quiet hours this is not re enforced in any way. At one point a cleaner came into our unit without knocking or notice (however we were re imbursed $200 for this error and the property manager did apologize). There is coin laundry but there is nowhere to get change to use the machines on the property (apparently switching to credit card usage). The hot tub area is completely surrounded by construction and found garbage and dirty under garments at the tub. Overall I would not recommend this for property based on cost and misleading property description.
